What needed solving

Desktop-first workflows for billing, inventory, reporting, and daily store operations with reliable local data handling. The starting point was an honest audit: what already worked, what people actually did day to day, and which constraints were fixed. Scope was set around the outcome the business needed rather than a feature list.
