Who is responsible
This site is run by Chetan Sharma (“Chetan Pro”), Faridabad, Haryana, India. Questions about anything on this page: chetan.jsdev@gmail.com.
What is collected
Enquiry form. Your name, email, selected service, budget range and message. It is used to answer you and to scope the work — nothing else. It is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
Analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) is collected only if analytics is enabled and you accept it in the cookie prompt. No analytics cookies are set before you accept.
Server logs. The host records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and uptime. These rotate on the host's schedule.
What is not collected
No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no data broker feeds, no newsletter sign-up hidden inside the contact form.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the working relationship (or the possibility of one) exists, then deleted on request. Analytics data follows the provider's default retention.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of anything held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email chetan.jsdev@gmail.com and it will be actioned within 30 days.
Third parties
Fonts and scripts are self-hosted, so no CDN sees your visit. If analytics is enabled it is Google Analytics 4; if the enquiry form is connected to a form backend, the submission passes through that provider to reach my inbox.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
